Went back to KK on November, found this Coffee Shop served the best Sheng Rou Mien (Pork Noodle) in KK. Sorry if you think it's not the best, for me. This is the best i ever have.

Kon Lo Noodle ~ A bit salty and gravy. Good to eat with the meat.Sheng Rou ~ Pork and meatball with green vegetable inside pork soup. Super delicious. But you need to drink water as much as you can. I think they put MSG. Hehe :)
Yong Tau Pok ~ Mini size of tau pok stuffed with pork inside. It's delicious, i am sure you will ask for more.

Went to Sunway Pyramid for year end shopping on last Saturday. I visit this dessert place because i play their online game and got a free dessert voucher. So i decide to use it and give it a try.

Peanut in Glutinous Ball RM 3.00 (free with the online voucher) Simple yet delicious. Cannot comment bad for this, cos it's FOC. Haha :)

Sago Mango aka Sai Mai Lo RM 6.90 (Mango Slices and sago inside ice blended mango. Taste really good. They are using Fresh Mango juice to blended with ice. Really worth for money)

For your information, they also served bird nest in their menu. I think it's very affordable, and will give it a try on next visit.

All Day Special just cost RM 28. It's so affordable.

Soup of the day-Seafood Chowder Taste so delicious. There is salmon, oyster and unknown seafood inside the soup.

Roasted Beef on Risotto. Juicy and tender beef on risotto with special sauce.

A cup of fresh brew coffee to end up the meal. Great enjoyment.

Back to Labuan on last Wednesday. Went to my favorite restaurant to have something special which i can't find in Petaling Jaya. What is it........................

Tadaa...............This one..it's called ABC rice (Fah Kei Fun). Why it called ABC rice? It's because it got fried rice campur telur campur hot dog campur pai kuat wong (Sweet Pork Spare Rib) campur luncheon meat with tomato and cucumber as dressing. Do you know how much it cost? Just RM6.50 (well, previous just RM5.50)

Do you know what i drink the most in Labuan? Mineral water, No. Chinese Tea, N0. Kopi o, No. Beer, Yeah. I drink beer more than water, because it's cheap ma. So i can drink as much as i can. Yes, i did drunk everyday. Who cares ~~~~~~

My brother brought me to Anjung Ketam to have fresh crabs.

We ordered 2kg of steamed crabs. It's big, fresh and juicy. Guess how much for one kg. It's just cost us RM15 per kg. (previous just RM 13 per kg) Cheap ha?

Wat Tan Ho..my favorite breakfast in Labuan.

Nam Thong Chicken Rice for lunch...What is Nam Thong? Nam Thong is a famous coffee shop selling chicken rice in Labuan. Kedai Kopi Nam Thong always crowded with people on afternoon. Those people go there just for their famous chicken rice.

Their chili also special one. Sweet & Spicy. Damn nice ~~~

Roasted chicken~~~~~Yummy~~~~

The chicken skin are not crispy but it taste very good.

Received a RM50 gift voucher from The Oriental Group of Restaurants, so i went to Oriental Pavilion at Jaya 33 for dim sum with my friend. Oriental Pavilion is a beautiful and high-class chinese restaurant. When i reached the restaurant, the waiteress guided us to a table and served us with a pot chinese tea.

When the waiteress push a dim sum cart to our table, i quickly select my favorite dim sum. Yes, it's siew mai (RM5.00). Juicy meat topped with abundance of fish roe. Taste so delicious. Two thumbs up for this.Har Gao (RM6.00) Served good while pipping hot. Big and juicy prawn inside. The skin are soft and not so thick. Chee Cheong Fun filled with char siew (RM6.00) The skin are soft, the char siew inside taste so yummy.Scallop Siew Mai (RM6.00). Filling with fresh and juicy scallop, not just scallop. there also fresh and juicy prawn inside.Pai Kuat aka Steamed spare ribs with black bean (RM5.00) Nice marinated and the meat are chewy. Fried Dumpling (RM6.00) I ordered this from the speciality counter. Ehhhh...too oily, not nice.
Ma Lai Gou aka Steamed Cake (RM6.00) oh, this one taste really good. it's hot, soft and not too sweet. Don't know how they make this. But i really like it. Mini Egg Tart (RM5.00) Beware : This egg tart won't melt in your hand, but it will melt in your mouth.

The bill came up to RM63.25 for two of us. With the RM50 gift voucher, i just need pay RM 13.25 for delicious dim sum.

Sorry for no food review update lately. I'm very busy with my work. Work are going to make me become crazy. Grrrrr....I want char siew..I want char siew...Where got "leng char siew"..Of cos Restoran Famous Seremban Favorites at Sunway Mas. When i reached the shop, i surprised bcos the char siew were not there. I ask the boss did i get in the wrong shop, he told me Nope..They not selling char siew today only...Aduuiiii....Macam mana la...I just want char siew rice..The boss suggested me to have their hakka mee. Okla, deal. Hakka Mee (RM 3.80)
Hmmm...not bad. it just like kon lo mee but this one is light and without dark soya sauce. The noodle are topped with minced pork and some spring onion. How nice if it topped with char siew. hehehe :)
I also order a bowl of Wantan with Meatball.
The Meatball are bouncy and taste good. It only cost me RM3.80 for a bowl of wantan and meatball with soup.

How often do you visit to Genting Highland? Normally what will you do in Genting Highland? You go there because of the theme park? You go there because of shopping? You go there because of Concert? Or you go there because you wanna do some investment in the Casino? Honestly, i go there for investment in the Casino. Who don't love money? I know you all do...Casino is the place for make people happy and sad. Some people may lucky and some people may suffering inside this place. Sorry for no update lately, i'm quite busy with my work. I don't have enough time to update my post. This is my visit to Kluang Station on last Monday. Went to Giant to buy some grocery, then have my quick lunch at Kluang Station. I had ordered Cham Iced (RM 2.80) It's combination of tea and coffee. I love the aroma of their coffee. It's good and refreshing.
Nasi Lemak (RM3.90) and Fried Chicken (RM 5.90) During my last visit, they have Nasi Lemak Ayam Combo. But now they separate it into different charge. Nasi lemak was good, especially the sambal. It's sweet and spicy. And the fried chicken taste delicious. I have no complain with this.

Potluck @ BBO Place

Went to Big Boys Oven place for Potluck last night. Their condominium are awesome. It is considered as one of the most affluent neighbourhood and close to conveniences. Ok, skip that to the food now.

Let see what i brought. I can't cook, so that i bought Roasted Pork Knuckle from the Restaurant nearby my house. It's quite good i think. Cos it only left all the bones at the end. Thanks to Lianne who want to tapau all the bones for cooking soup.

Xiu Long Bao brought us Sushi Roll. She did a hard work on the sushi. Got crabstick, omelette and spicy tuna. Thanks for let me tapau all your sushi back home.
Nic brought us Bruschetta. It's very delicious. I curi makan when some of the blogger still taking photo. Bad ekeng, Bad ekeng. Well Nic, you have done a great job.

Teckiee brought us Caramelized Pork with Spaghetti Omelet. Don't you think that it was pretty. It taste very delicious and sweet. Well done dear. You did a great job. Everyone love your creation :)
Jackson brought us Chicken Curry cook by her mother. Oh, it taste very good. I love the spicyness and aroma of the curry. Ehh...I feel that we missed one thing right? Ahaaaa..White rice..We asked Sidney to cook rice for this chicken curry. Chicken curry won't taste good without rice. Agree??Jennifer brought us Roti Jala. She made this by herself. It taste delicious and you can eat it plain or you can eat it with curry sauce. Yummmm ~~~
She also brought us Pork Curry. Wow, i love curry. So that i can't stop to eat eat eat. The curry sauce was good to eat with rice or roti jala.
This is the Bread brought us by ling. It was fresh and soft. I found that some of the blogger dip it with curry sauce. Haha :)
Another Chicken Curry brought by ling. For the bread i think. Yeah, it's was good and delicious. I really have a lot of chicken curry last night. Haha :)
Wmw brought us Teluk Intan Chee Cheong Fun from Damansara Uptown. Normally i will get my chee cheong fun in Dim Sum place. But this kind of CCF are different. No juicy prawn and No Char Siew inside. This one was filled with lots of turnips, dried shrimp and sesame seed.

Christine and Chris brought us Fried Spring Roll (Popiah) bursting with ingredients of minced dried shrimp sambal, fresh prawns and crabstick. It was soooo delicious. Well done. You did a great job :)
Lianne brought us Angle Hair Past with Portobello and Truffle Oil. It's was goooooood. I'm a big pasta fans. So you did a great job. cos Tai Kor love it. Next month got Election, will propose u become Tai Kar Jie. Hahaha. Kidding one :)
Not that all, Lianne also brought us Canape Combo of Mango & Sardine. Wah, Fusion Food of the night. Simply delicious.
Nian Gao, steamed and coated with shreaded fresh coconut from Lianne.Dessert time...........Tiramisu with sexy chocolate legs from Sunny.Awww, it taste so good. One word to describe --> "WONDERFUL"
Passion Fruit Cake from Sunny. It was creamy, soury and sweet. I love the sourish taste of the cake.They also baked Mini Cupcakes. According to Sunny, this is Vanilla Cupcakes.
The last dessert of the night was Macaroons with chocolate filling. Oh my god, it taste soo good. Two thumbs up for this.

I wanna give a big thanks to Big Boys Oven for organising a lovely potluck party at your beautiful condominium.

Last Saturday was my company annual dinner. My Boss decided to have dinner at Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant at Section 13, Petaling Jaya. Last year, we had our annual dinner at Summer Palace Chinese Restaurant (Wisma Dijaya). The food are quite disappointed at there. Let's see what we had that night.

Dear reader, I had received a call (Private Number) from a Malay guy this morning. He told me he calling behalf of Air Asia. He talk to me very politely. So that i gave him 5 minutes to finish his bullshit. First, he identify my address with me. So that i can trust him. He offered me Air Asia Go Insurance product. He offered me to buy a PA (Personal Accident) policy from AIG (American Home Assurance Company). Then i asked him whether he from Air Asia or AIG. Then he told me he is telemarketer from AIG. What the Fuck !!! Just now he told me he is from Air Asia, now he told me he is from AIG. Banyak tipu la !!! Nevermind la !! I told him i'm not interested and i already have insurance. Then, he said it's very cheap, just start from 80 cents a day and RM24 a month. When i ask him how to pay him if i'm interested. He ask me to pay by using Credit Card. Haaa... Now i know..Credit Card Con Job again..Arrggg...Nevermind, let's play some games with him. I told him i don't have Credit Card. He asked me to borrow Credit Card from my brother or sister or borrow from my parent. Then i told him they also don't have Credit Card but we have Bonuslink, Jusco Card, and Mesra Card. Hahaha (evil laugh) He quickly answer me that he will give me a call if i have Credit Card. What !! You wanna call me again. Don't waste your money to call me again. I will make you mad until you got heart attack ;p

Dear blogger and reader, please becareful of this kind of scam. Please don't give out your credit card information to anyone. It shall be private and confidential. Please forward this and tell everyone you know including your friend, your family and your colleague. Don't let them become the next victim. I willing to gave up a date or dinner for watching this great reality show. From 22 November 2007 till 14 February 2008, i will turn on AXN (channel 701) on 9pm every Thursday to watch TARA. Crazy right?? I admit it.

Congratulations to Collin and Adrian (Singapore Team). They are the Winners of The Amazing Race Asia Season 2. They have traveled over 51,534 KM and visited 10 countries and explored 15 cities. You guys are strong and outstanding. Secondly, i wanna Congratulations to Pamela and Vanessa (Malaysia Team), you girls are the best. I never saw a girl drive Super Fast Machine on a F1 Circuit. You girls Rock !!! I feel proud of you girls...Malaysian Boleh !!! Sadly, you can't finish in first place but at least you girl beat down Marc and Rovilson who lead the race. I'm feeling tired on my work and really wanna go for holiday. I went to travel agency this morning and get some information on latest promotion. The consultant gave me a great deal. That's 5 days 4 nights Bangkok-Pattaya (Full Board) package which including air ticket and it's cost about RM1138 (twin sharing). I didn't make any payment to him because i told him i wanna do some comparison with others travel agency first.

The trip will depart on 08 March and back to KL on 12 March. It's seem perfect to me because i can celebrate my birthday at Thailand. But the only problem to me is i'm alone. Do you think that it's good to travel alone by using tour package? or better buy Air Asia ticket and travel in backpacker style?

Hmmm...Now i need help from those people who been to Thailand. Give me some advice.

I wish to know how much you spent when you visit Bangkok?

Are u booking the hotel by online or thru Travel Agency?

Xiu Long Bao Farewell Part 2

After first round of Xiu Long Bao Farewell at Jalan Alor, i woke up early in the morning to meet up food bloggers at Hong Kee Tim Sum for second round of Xiu Long Bao Farewell gathering. When i reached there, i saw Nic just came down from his car. I found that we were the earlier two to arrived there. So we look for a table and wait for the others. The next person who arrived there was Jackson, followed by Sid & Citygal, WMW, Teckiee and Ivy. Well, there were 9 of us. The last one arrived was the Princess (xiu long bao).

Shang Chow Loh Mai Fan Came turned upside down in a clear bowl on the plate, the fried glutinous rice had generous bits of lap cheong (Chinese sausage), mushroom, egg and chives.
Gai Wor Pau This is an unusual thing in a dim sum restaurant. i saw this before on Ho Chak (8TV). It really caught my attention. Take a look inside..it's Loh Mai Gai inside a pau. So special right?
Egg Tarts it taste so good, beware !!! because it will melt in your mouth.Hor Yip Fan (Lotus Leaf Rice) It's glutinous rice inside lotus leaf rice. It's sticky, fragrance and delicious.

Lotus paste pastry Well, this is my favorite dessert. Especially on wedding Dinner.We also ordered assorted dim sum. Got siew mai, har gao, fish ball and something special.After a heavy breakfast, Sid brought us some freshly baked Macaroons. Thanks Sid for the delicious and lovely macaroons. I love it so much ^_^

NiuZeXui @ Ara Damansara opened on 1st day of 2008, but not all the shop is ready yet. Went there on last weekend with my buddy. We bought some shirt for CNY. For those spending RM20 and more, you entitled One chance for Dart Game. There were many prizes you can win on the game. Got CD-R, Voucher and Ang Pow. My friend won RM20 NZX Voucher on the dart game. So he decided to use the voucher for lunch. We stopped in front this cafe and decided to give a try.

The main food selling in this cafe is Soba (chilled noodle) There are 3 sauce available (Original, Garlic and Spicy) There are lotsa choices of ingrediant, got chuka idako, jellyfish, seaweed, terriyaki chicken, ablaone slice, turkey ham, kimchi, prawn, sweet corn. I had Turkey Ham Soba with Original Sauce (RM5.90) Mmmm...I can't expected too much with this price, so far i don't have any complaint with it. The sauce was good.

Braised Chicken Drumstick Rice (RM7.90) Let see what inside, got braised eggs, beancurd and chicken drumstick. According to my buddy, it's was delicious.

Went to Wai Sek Kai for dinner few days ago. My friend had Claypot Salted Pork Rice (RM5.50) It's highly recommended to all. It's my all time favorite when i visit Wai Sek Kai.

Received an email from wmw who suggested to have a food crawl and farewell for xiu long bao around Jalan Alor area on last Friday (18 Jan). I decided to join them because i took leave on that day. Thanks to wmw who is generous giving me a ride. When we reached Jalan Alor, we found that Wong Ah Wah Siu Kai Yek were closed. WHAT......water shortage in KL area...What da......Okok, i know they will blamed me about this, but it's not my "fork" la. I'm not the person who supply water in KL area. Haha..Skip the water shortage problem first, we met up jason,

Yao Cha Guai (Oil Fried Ghost)<--yammylicious teach one (RM 3.00)Tau Foo Pok (RM4.00) Too common, nothing special about this.
Foo Yu Yao Mak (RM8.50). I almost finish this by myself. It's very delicious. Maybe the vege are fresh. So that i can't stop to eat this. Good one !!
Three Cups Chicken aka San Bei Chicken (RM15.00) Hmmmm..this one taste very good. It's not so spicy, the chicken meat are tender and the onion are nice to eat. Remember to order this when you visit.Original Bak Kut Teh (RM22.00) One pax is RM13.00, so we ordered 2 pax at RM22.00. Awwww..taste so good, the soup are full of herbs and the pork are half fat only. I've ordered Pink Guava Latte (RM8.00) it's taste special, not so sweet and refreshing.

Prima Setapak is a hangout place for youngster, especially those who study at UTAR and KTAR. This area have a lot condominium (for example: Prima Setapak Condominium & Sri Pelangi Condominium). Went to this place to meet my friend few days ago, i'm shocked because there are a lot restaurant, mamak, cafe at Genting Klang. The famous mamak place like Steven Corner also have a branch at this area. Back to story.....This is my first visit to this cafe which located nearby LOK LOK KING.It's very relaxing because there are 2 beautiful girl singing on the stage. You can listen to nice music while having your dinner. The live band will started on 8pm till 12pm every night. I ordered Tomato Creamy Seafood Spaghetti (RM9.90)
After treausre hunt with my spaghetti, i found prawns, squid, crabstick and some fish meat. Sadly, the prawn not so fresh and taste very normal. Sweet & Sour Fish Rice (RM7.50)

What will you do on Sunday afternoon? sleeping? shopping? or craving for food? For me, i will craving for food. Received a phone call from my buddy who asking me to join him for lunch at Desa Sri Hartamas. It's rainy day on Sunday afternoon, actually we want to have lunch at Japanese food, but the restaurant that we often visit were closed. So we explored this taiwan restaurant. This restaurant name called "BABU" not "BABI". Babu is a dog name. I guess the owner is a dog lover and Babu must be his dog name.

This unique Vacuum coffee brewer really caught my attention. Can someone tell me where it come from?

This is taiwan local drink. Pearl Milk Tea (RM6.00) taste good and the jelly are nice to eat.

I had their famous Beef Noodle (RM12.00) Well, it's taste normal, still acceptable. The soup are not thick enough cos i prefer the soup thicker.

Assorted Dishes (RM10.00). Let see what inside, got braised egg, omelette, gizzard and seaweed.
Vegetables with minced pork (RM9.00) A bit salty, still acceptable.

My friend had this Minced Pork Rice (RM3.50) which popular in Taiwan.It's small bowl of rice with abandon of minced pork. According to him, it taste good. Highly recommended.

The owner are taiwanese. He is a friendly person who served us politely. I would coming back for their coffee which brew from the unique coffee brewer.

Having a quick lunch with my friend at SS2. I bet everyone know where is SS2 right? This place is the heaven of food. If you tell me you can't find any good food in SS2, i gonna kick your ass (kidding one) But the only problem is Parking. Yes, SS2 is famous because it's was real hassle to find a parking. Actually i wanna have lunch in Wong Kok Char Chan Teng, but my friend said he was getting bored with the food at there. So we ended up our lunch at Sun Hin Loong.

My friend ordered Char Siew and Siew Yoke Rice (RM4.50) According to him, it taste bad and below avarage.

I had this Soya Bean..Taste as usual.

i had this Mee Jawa (RM 3.80) Hmmm..really disappointed. Out of expectation.

Another friend had Herbal Duck Feet Mee Sua (RM 5.00) I tried this before, it was good. The soup are full of herbs and the duck meat are very tender.

I'm not enough with my mee jawa, so i ordered this Popiah (RM1.50) for extra. Luckily this one didn't make me disappointed. It's so delicious and remember to eat when it's still hot.

Recommended Food in this Restaurnat: Penang Char Kueh Tiaw, Nasi Lemak, Wantan Mee, Prawn Mee.

Tell me, how many of you don't like butter crab. If you love to eat butter crab, you must visit this restaurant at least Once in your life. This restaurant always crowded with people because they are coming for their Famous Claypot Butter Crab. It's been a while i didn't visit this restaurant, so i went there with my housemate on last night. Luckly we went there before the sun goes down, if not, we have to wait a least 20-30 minutes.Fried Vegetables with garlic (RM8.00)Japanese Tofu with Minced Pork and Mushroom (RM6.00)Famouse Claypot Butter Crab (RM36.00)..Awwww...it's very delicious..i really love the creamy thick butter sauce. I saw everyone ordered this.Deep Fried Mantou (RM1.50)..You can dip this into the creamy butter sauce. I'm sure you will love it.We also have Salted Egg Crabs (RM36.00). This one also nice, the crab meat are so fresh and the salted egg are sticked with the crabs meat.Mmmmm...i love it so much.

There are 3 of us but we finished 4 crabs. Fuuuyoh, i'm feel satisfied with our meal. Our dinner costed us RM 95.34 including 5% Government tax.

On the first day of year 2008, i meet with my old friend at SS2. We haven't meet with each other more than One year. So we decided to have lunch at Prince Cafe.

This is their Menu. After browsing their menu, we decided to have the SET LUNCH which came with a drink and soup. I choose Baked Cheese Rice with Slice Pork in Curry Sauce. My friend having Baked Cheese Rice with Fried Chicken.

If you ordered Cheese Baked Rice, you have to wait 20 minutes for it.While waiting for the rice, they served the drinks and soup for us. We choose the same drinks.
(Iced Yin Yong) coffee and tea combined.For the soup, i choose Borsch (ABC) It taste good for me. I love this soup a lot.My friend choose Mushroom Soup I didn't tried it, but it looks like Campbell Mushroom Soup.After 20 minutes of waiting, the baked cheese rice was served. This is my Baked Cheese Rice with Slice Pork in Curry Sauce.
Ewww...i very regret to choose curry sauce. It's not a wise choice. Better choose to have Sweet Corn white sauce or Italian Red Sauce. But i very satisfied with the portion. Yumm ~~

The set lunch just cost us RM13.90 each. Will come back for more HK style food ~~~~

Finally i make my move to J.CO Donuts & Coffee on New Year Eve..I'm so lucky cos not need to Queue up for their donuts. Normally you have to queue for their donuts about 30 mins. Now i just need less than 1 minute to get my donuts. Phewww..So lucky :)

I have bought half dozen of assorted donuts which cost RM 10.95 (not including 5% tax) Let see what i got, i choose Why-Nut, Tira Miss U, Heaven Berry, Copa Banana, JCrown Oreo and Don Mochino

Awww..After few bites, i fell in love with their donuts. It's fluffy and creamy. The filling inside are very good and delicious. The cream will come out from your mouth and try to melt your heart. Gosh..I really fell in love with J.CO Donuts.

This is the famous mee tenom. Everytime i went back to KK, i will go to the coffee shop located at Towering to have their Mee Tenom. Normally the coffee shop will crowded with people. You may need to wait for 10-15 Mins for a table. But for a good noodle, why not. For me, this is the best mee tenom i ever have in KK.

Mee Tenom ~ Topped with char siew, egg roll, green vegetable and egg gravy. It looks simple, but after you tried, you will love it. The noodle is the most important ingrediant for make a good mee tenom.

Oppppsss. I forgot the name of this coffee shop. I will go back to KK on next Monday. I will find the name of this shop and re-edit again. Come back and check for more.

Special thanks to Precious Pea and Lyrical Lemongrass for organized such a nice Christmas Party (Blogger Gathering) at My Elephant located in Section 17, Petaling Jaya. I'm the first one who reached to the restaurant, so i start to do my work (yes, taking photo) After a while, i saw bloggers one by one reached the restaurant with their lovely gift which all will pass to Jackson for donate to the Orphanage Home. This is not the first time for me to dine in this restaurant but this is the first time for me to meet with all food bloggers and non food blogger.

When i went inside the restaurant, i saw the tables are well decorated with candles and flower. Do you noticed that the drinking glass and plate are decorated nicely with banana leaf ? Wait a minute, are we going to have Thai food or Indian food? i mean Banana Leaf Rice..hehehe :)Hmmm...there is a corner for those people who wanna dine like Japanese..You can sit on soft cushion but i won't sit at there because it's uncomfortable for me.This is the first dish served for us. Christmas decoration are everywhere, in shopping mall, restaurant, cafe, pub, hotel and etc. On Sunday night, i went to meet my friend at Kuchai Lama. My friend suggested to yam cha at Simply White Cafe.

When i reached there, i saw this white christmas tree placed outside the cafe..it's so beautiful..
I sit at outside bcos my friend wanna smoke. Look inside, they are selling women blouses.I've odered Vanilla Milkshake (RM 5.90). It's taste good, not so sweet. I ordered this drink cos the colour are match with this cafe. *ALL WHITE*My friend just ordered Cola (RM 3.90). Nothing special, just normal Coca-Cola.

Shabu-shabu, is a japanese variant of hotpot. The dish is related to sukiyaki in style, where both use thinly sliced meat and vegetables, and usually served with dipping sauces. However, it is starkly different in taste; shabu-shabu is more savory and less sweet than sukiyaki. It is considered a winter dish but is eaten year-round.

On a rainy Sunday night, my friend suggested to have our dinner at Shabu-Shabu King at SS2. Been to this place 3 years ago, it's more like steamboat buffet. EAT ALL YOU CAN or ALL YOU CAN EAT. Haha...

First, we start with fish head to make the soup richer and yummy...

Yong Tau Foo..this is very delicious..i love it so much..

Giant Fish Ball, Fish Noodle and Beancurd Skin...The fish ball are so smooth..I like it beary beary much..Trust me..It's better than last time.

Beef and assorted lok-lok. They provide fresh beef. I think it's not local beef. Maybe Australia Beef. I guess only, not so sure. Because it's sweet and juicy, just like what i have in Japanese and Korean restaurant.We choose to have "yin yong" soup which one side is clear soup and the other one is Kim Chi soup. It's not spicy, my friend prefer hot and spicy soup. Haha..i like the clear soup and it's so sweet because we filled a lot seafood inside the soup.Vegetables is good for your health. haha..

Mr.Bean, Ms.corn and abalone mushroom..There are more more more choices on the refrigerator. From fresh seafood to vegetables. Let me tell you what inside. Prawn, Crabs, Clam, Lala, Bamboo Clam, Fish, Beef, Chicken, Yong Tau Foo, Dumpling, Wan Tan, Luncheon Meat, and a lot Lok Lok (Frozen food on a stick)

It's dessert time..This is Nestle ice cream ( Vanilla and chocolate chips )There are a lot dessert inside the refrigerator.Tiramisu in cup. I have 4 cups of this.. Haha..Coffee Mousse and Chocolate Mousse.

Gosh, i have too much on that night. have to swim 30 rounds after this meal.

Guess how much for this dinner? Just RM 19.90 nett per pax.

It's been a while i didn't have dim sum at KL area. My friend suggested to have yam cha at Chuai Heng Restaurantat Bukit Bintang (nearby Noble House Restaurant) on lovely Sunday afternoon. My friend is from Hong Kong, normally they like "yam cha" on afternoon. So we reached there on 2pm. It's difficult to find a parking there. Luckily they provided CAR JOCKEY SERVICE to help us parking.

Promotion of the month..hairy crab (tai chap hai)..don't know the price..i forgot to ask.The restaurant is so big and elegant. I think they can place more than 100 tables for a wedding party. There is a stair for going up to 2nd floor. I think they can manage 2 different wedding party at same time.This is where 3 of us seated.My friend and i went to the snack counter to check out others special food. i spoted "Shang Chao Loh Mai Fun" aka Fried glutinous Rice on the table but we didn't order it. We have ordered this pig's intestine.
We also ordered Char Siew, Roasted Pork (Siew Yok), Roasted Duck (Siew Ngap)
Awww...It's so delicious..Not so oily and not so fat..It's so good to eat with chili sauce and mustard sauce.
Chee cheong fun with char siew inside.
Fried Hong Kong Vege with garlic. It's very delicious. This vegetable are not easily to find at chinese restaurant outside. So this is a dish you must order when u come to this restaurant.
Regular dim sum. Siew Mai..mmmm...taste great...i loving it :)Har Gao (Prawn dumpling) ~~~ i love this one. It's so tasty and yummy.Steamed Fu chuk roll. After movie (The Golden Compass) at GSC 1U , i'm starving cos i skip popcorn in cinema and now i wanna find a place for fill up my stomach. I remember there is a KTZ outlet newly opened nearby Plus One Shabu Shabu. So i decided to have my lunch here.

I've ordered Peanut Butter and Black Sesame. It's combination tong sui. It's very aromatic and yummy. It's such a perfect combination. You can taste 2 tong sui at one time with only RM3.00.

Besides tong sui, the friendly waitress recommend me SHANGHAI STICKY RICE. RM3.00
The sticky rice are really Sticky..haha..it taste good and kinda difficult to finish it.

The last thing i ordered is Stir Fry Beef Hor Fun (干炒牛河) RM10.80 ~~~~ One word to describe~~ WONDERFUL . It's so fragrance and abundance of beef. The beef are so juicy and tender. Ichiban ~~~~

It's been a while i didn't go shopping. Since it was Year End Sales (YES) in Malaysia . I took this opportunity to shopping at One Utama. One Utama is my favorite place to shop, dine and entertainment. Because it's near my house..Hehehe...

I've ordered tapas. You can choose either 3 tapas, 5 tapas or 7 tapas. There are 9 choices of tapas offer.
I choose chocolate and caramel ice cream with hazelnut rice crispies, raspberry panna cotta and vanilla crème brulee. I like the vanilla crème brulee a lot, the vanilla cream are very delicious. RM 15++ for 3 tapas. (RM 17.25 including tax)

After review on ling239 post, i decided to have my breakfast at departure lounge on lovely Sunday morning.

Menu on the wall. The ordering chit is placed right below it.

You have to fill this up to place your order. This is for Do It My Way.After placed my order, i took some picture of the place.
It's a cozy place. Free Wifi and have many travel guide book and magazine on the shelf..
If u wanna smoke, u can choose to sit outside.
I have order a cup of coffee. It's just RM 2 if you order DIMW breakfast. It's long black coffee comes with a slice of biscotti.
This is Do-It-My-Way breakfast with 7 items (RM 10.90). I selected chicken frankfurter, turkey ham, scrambled eggs, baked beans, grilled tomato, mushrooms and pancake. It's so delicious. I love it so much. What a good start in a lovely morning.

I love their cosy interior and it's better than Sushi King and Genki Sushi.

Salmon Ikura. The salmon are so fresh and the salmon roe are so juicy. RM 3.80

Tempura Mori. Assorted tempura.(Vegetables and prawn). You must dip in the tempura into the sauce because it will tasteless without the sauce. RM 9.80

Sashimi Hotate (Raw scallop). Hmmm..it's so fresh and cheap. RM 8.00 (5 pcs)

Caterpillar Roll. (Avacado Sushi) It's very delicious. I love it so much. RM 12.80

Soft Shell Crab Maki. It's so so so delicious. Highly recommended. RM 6.00

It's crowded with people when i reached there. Luckily i managed to get table at outside.
I've ordered Mango Puree with Pamelo (Yong Zhi Kam Lou) RM5.50. It's so delicious. Highly recommended.

After a crazy night out on Saturday, i woke up very early in Sunday morning and went to the famous flea market at Gaya Street with my friend. When we reached there, it's crowded with people, my friend suggested to have our breakfast at Kedai Kopi Yee Fung. The coffee shop are crowded with people as usual. We manage to find a table which occupied by a couple. We sat down and start to order our breakfast. Yee Fung are famous with their laksa, ngau chap and claypot chicken rice. There is another stall which sell "kon loh mee" too.

My friend ordered Yee Fung Laksa vermicelli . The laksa are so tasty and the soup are not so sour and not so spicy. Perfect ! The ingrediant got minced chicken, prawn,tau fu pok, sliced egg omelets and beansprouts. Don't forget to squeez in the lime juice to make it more delicious.

I have ordered Yee Fung ngau chap noodle. The soup are so yummy and really good. The ingrediant got juicy beef ball, white carrot and meat. Well, i think they use a lot bones to boiled the soup. I love it.

See, the boss are busy preparing the famous laksa and ngau chap.

I won't miss this place everytime i go back to Kota Kinabalu. You must come to Kedai Kopi Yee Fung if you visit to Kota Kinabalu.

Sorry for let you all waiting so long.This is my first post and it's quite weird cos i'm not post anything related about Petaling Jaya. I just came back from Kota Kinabalu and i gonna post KK food review on my first food blog. Actually this place is the restaurant that i will visit when i went back to KK. Why? B'cos i can eat for free.Let me show you some food picture when i took dinner at there. Salted Egg Yolk Crab : I really disappointed when this crab serve in front of me. Their cook really don't know to present a nice food decoration. But luckly the crab taste good.

Black Pepper Lamb Chop : taste very normal only.

Fried Four Season Bean : this one really disappointed,my mum can cook better.

Siput Gajah (Elephant Clam) in Soya Sauce : It's so fresh and chewy.

Boiled Live Prawns a.k.a Bak Juk Ha : Gigantic size. It's so fresh,juicy, sweet and yummy.You can dip it with the soya sauce or just eat it like that. Deep Fried Pak Chong in Nyonya Style : It's first time for me to have this in seafood restaurant, normally i willl go for steamed garoupa.

That's all i have for dinner on the first day in Kota Kinabalu. .Do you wanna join me? Can...Next time la ok. I treat you eat ar. So overall i give 6 out of 10. This restaurant are serve HALAL Food. So you can't order pork at here. The waitress will told you : No Pork !! No Pork !! (Kidding !!)

Here is some conversation with my friend,

Me : "Hey bro, where we go to have lunch?"

My friend : "Boss,you decide it."

Me : "Ok,let's have lunch at The Hut Restaurant."

My friend : "Ok boss."

So we headed to this restaurant. When we go inside the restaurant, the waitress greet us with a great smile. I found out it's a nice place to have a peaceful lunch or dinner.It's very clean with nice interior.

We choose their set lunch which cost RM14.99++ . The set come with a cup of coffee/tea, a soft bun and margarine, a bowl of mushroom sup, a main course and dessert. First, i choose a cup of coffee.Soft bun with margarine. The bun are still hot and it's good to serve with margarine.The set come with a bowl of mushroom soup. Simply delicious.For the main course, i choose to have Lamb Chop. It's taste so good, juicy and tender. Highly recommended.

My friend choose to have Mix grilled, what inside? Fish, Lamb and chicken chop. I grabbed a bite of his fish. It's taste yummy and i like it.

After finished our meal, they serve us with a cup of vanila ice cream. Sorry guys, i forgot to took picture for my ice cream, cos it's just a cup of normal NESTLE vanila flavour ice cream.

Overall, i give 8 out of 10. This restaurant is highly recommended to everyone. It's very reasonable and won't burn your pocket.

OktoberFest is back

Yes,it's back.German beer for RM 1 is back. It's on 26-28 Oct 2007, 5pm onwards at LG Floor Rainforest,One Utama New Wing. Near Kluang Station and you can use the exit nearby Secret Recipes. Don't forget to bring your 50 Cent coins to exchange. Currency notes are not accepted. So sad i can't be there this year. I've to fly to Kota Kinabalu on this saturday.
